MEGAN LORIUS Managing Director

埃里克·斯普羅特 創始人
埃里克於1988年與妻子Vizma創立了斯普羅特基金會，以幫助解決加拿大的無家可歸和飢餓問題。他認為，世界需要真正的領導力來推動積極的社會變革。
2013年，Eric被任命為加拿大勳章成員，以表彰他作為慈善家的貢獻，特別是在醫療保健，教育和國際發展領域。他還因其慷慨的慈善事業而獲得弗雷澤研究所 T.P. 博伊爾創始人獎。
Eric擁有卡爾頓大學的商業學士學位和名譽法學博士學位。他還是特許會計師和安永“年度企業家”獎獲得者（安大略省2006年）。埃里克·斯普羅特商學院以他的名字命名，2013年，他獲得了卡爾頓的A.D. Dunton傑出校友獎。
維茲馬·斯普羅特 創始人
自1988年創立斯普羅特基金會以來，維茲瑪一直受到她的“信念的驅動，即擁有一個人從單純生存到真正繁榮的旅程的核心。隨著基金會的成長和發展，Vizma特別關注確保下一代家庭成員準備好支持她所珍視的慈善價值觀。
在30年基金會成立2018週年之際，Vizma領導了基金會的治理更新，重組了董事會並擴大了其成員，包括三名新的家族董事。她很高興她和埃里克的侄女莉齊以及侄子馬克和沙曼在2019 年正式當選為董事——這是許多未來家庭成員中第一個堅持斯普羅特基金會對緩解無家可歸和飢餓的承諾。

Travels to more than 30 countries, in particular trips to India, Kenya, Ecuador, Peru and Brazil, resulted in Juliana’s three main themes which guide her philanthropic work:
Compassion for those in need
Having enthusiasm for life and its possibilities
Savouring the moments of pure fun on this beautiful planet.
She is driven by genuine compassion about a charity’s financial needs which are aligned with the Sprott vision. She builds deep relationships with grantees to figure out together how Sprott gifts can help alleviate homelessness & hunger. Innovation is key.
Juliana has a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and completed the one year program, The Philanthropy Workshop, at the Institute for Philanthropy. She is fluent in English and French. Prior to her work in philanthropy, Juliana was in sports broadcasting, including on Hockey Night in Canada and in the NFL for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
MEGAN LORIUS Managing Director
Megan has dedicated her career to amplifying the voices of underrepresented peoples, advocating for social justice issues, and supporting the development of public policies that address social change.
Megan has a wide range of management experience, including program design, implementation and evaluation, human resources and financial oversight. With a certificate in Not-For-Profit Governance Essentials, Megan has assisted Boards and staff with updating, developing and implementing policies and procedures for achieving compliance and best-practices in NFP management. Megan has provided organizations of various sizes with fundraising, public engagement, event management, media relations and social media strategies.
Megan joined The Sprott Foundation in January 2019 as Managing Director and is pleased to be supporting the long-standing, visionary work of the Sprott family.
